We are expanding and we need an Administrative Associate to join our team!
We are a well-established, independently owned insurance brokerage with a strong reputation for exceptional service, professionalism and doing things the right way. We’re looking for an Administrative Associate to join our team! We’re looking for a detail-oriented and adaptable team player who enjoys helping people, keeping things organized, and managing a variety of responsibilities throughout the day. The successful candidate will have strong communication and computer skills, a commitment to exceptional customer service, and a willingness to learn the fundamentals of insurance and become licensed.
What you’ll bring
- A level 1 insurance license (or be able and willing to obtain it)
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize and plan
- Computer proficiency, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Familiarity with offie equipment; scanner, photocopier, postage machine
- Ability to manage and direct incoming phone calls
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
