The Position
-
- Answer and direct all client communication to the appropriate department
- Coordinate all incoming and outgoing mail, packages and deliveries
- Maintain and update insurance company contact lists
- Attend all required meetings, record and distribute notes
- Run and distribute reports, enter claims notices, payments and updates in electronic system
- Support Personal Lines Team and Commercial Teams with data entry, evaluations, schedules and put together renewal packages
- Responsible for invoicing new policies, endorsements, renewals and cancelations
- Reconciliation of company statements
- Complete daily bank deposits
- Maintain general ofXice supplies
- Assist with cleanliness of ofXice and updating seasonal decorations in the office
- Assist in preparation for meetings, conferences and special events
Qulifications
-
- Computer proficiency, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Familiarity with ofXice equipment; scanner, photocopier, postage machine
- Ability to successfully handle a variety of tasks and quickly prioritize
- Ability to manage telephone call volume on a daily basis
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Willingness to obtain a level 1 license
