The Position
We are looking for a full-time Autopac and Travel Health Service Associate to:
- Service customers’ Autopac and Driver’s Licence needs, assess risk, and provide solutions
- Assist Customers with travel health insurance selection, purchase, and inquiries
- Generate referrals for other insurance needs
- Administration tasks including documentation, data entry, and electronic filing
- Develop positive relationships with team, customers, and insurance partners for long-term success
- Continuously deliver a superior level of customer service
- Achieve established personal goals and team objectives
Qualifications
- Level 1 General Insurance License with Autopac certification or commitment to obtain upon hire
- Proven track record in customer service with demonstrated relationship building expertise
- Superior communication skills, professionalism, and positive personality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Proficient in time management
- Ability to work collaboratively as a key member of a team
- Class 5 Driver’s Licence
